Richard, a recent Florida Bar admittee, also holds membership in the Michigan Bar and has four years of practice in both state and federal courts. His legal expertise spans commercial and criminal litigation, government investigations, real estate, and corporate governance and compliance.
Richard earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2019, where he received the Leadership Achievement Award and served as Vice President of the West Michigan Student Bar Association. A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, with Cuban roots, Richard is bilingual in English and Spanish. He completed his B.S. in Criminal Justice at Grand Valley State University in 2015.
