*Our chaplaincy program is akin to an employee assistance program. We work with a national organization that supplies chaplains who meet with each of us individually every other week. We recognized that we all, at times, have trouble managing work, life and everything else; the chaplaincy program allows attorneys and staff to speak confidentially about any problems they may have, whether work-related or personal. The program and conversations are confidential.
